Civilian Firearms Training
Shooting course includes the following: it is broken down into 3 parts. Part A, B, and C. The intensity of these courses are based on the experience of the participants.
Part A: Fundamentals of handgun shooting
Shooting while moving.
Shooting under pressure.
Shooting from Concealed carry holstering.
Shoot, no shoot drills based on recognition.
Magazine Changes.
Shooting while giving orders (cognitive splitting).
Shooting behind barricades.
Reaction to orders.
Instinctive shooting.
Part B: Tactical Force on Force scenarios
Second part of the day is tactical scenario play with Simmunition. You will get to test your skills against real people and situations that will play out around you. Force on Force training using paintball-like 9mm ammunition. Check out the videos below.
Part C: Tactical scenarios on a Projection Screen
Third and the newest addition to the training is virtual reality type Point Of View training where you get to use life ammo and your gun during a number of scenarios that play out in front of you on the screen. Your job is to survive and handle the threat while not killing any civilians.
Options:
Option A: Gear is not provided. You must bring all of your own gear, gun, and ammo.(300 rounds) plus hearing and eye protection.
Option B: Full rental package (Gun, holster, magazines, ammo, hearing protection, eye protection). All you need to do is to show up.
Everyone MUST wear a belt and wear comfortable clothing
